| Description |
Manage at high level of quality and availability IP and Broadband activity and equipments of Telkom Kenya. Coordinate the activity of IP and Broadband through the 4 teams : Kenstream, IP/MPLS, Jambonet and Broadband
1. Responsibilities/Execution activities (it will be completed for all functions) 1.1 Operational (including Planification): Supervise and coordinates all the 3 teams activities · Jambonet and all our major Internet customers. Provide all the support to Business Account Manager and the development of all new products · Kenstream and all major customers on leased lines offer. Make sure customers are provisioned on time and are billed accordingly · Broadband and the follow up of our broadband offers. Develop the proactive approach to customers’ issues. · IP/MPLS and all our corporate customers. Follow the quality and do a real managed service for our customers
1.2 Realization of Reports:
Responsibilities/Managerial activities (it will be completed only for managerial functions) 2.1. Team Coordination (e.g. to establish objectives, to monitor the activity, follow-up KPI’s, to follow-up dead-lines) · Weekly coordination meeting of the team · Corporate customers meeting coordination with Business Market · End to End follow up of customers with Managed Services/SLA team
2.2 Development direct subordinates: (e.g. coaching, mentoring, induction, delegation of tasks and authority, job rotation, career path, to organize the participation of subordinates to trainings, workshops..) · Improve Managed service organization and human resources allocation · Take care of the coordination of team members
2.3 Strategy elaboration (including Planning and Procedures/Policies): (e.g. at the company level, department or sub department) · Supervise a orientate all architecture evolution with NADI · Help optimizing Operation and Maintenance resources management
2.4 Job description Review:
Define the need for new staff and job description attached for the validation of the Manager Managed Services 2.5 Financial Responsibilities: budget review, reporting |

Education Background & Experience: (E.g. 2-6 years in a similar position…)
Professional Knowledge: (e.g. MS Office…) · MS Office · Planning · Project management · Good skill in IP, IP/MPLS and related protocols (BGP, MPLS…) · High level CISCO knowledge (at least CCNA) |
