  • Do you have Fair Usage Balance for Free WhatsApp and Free Telkom Calls?

    • Free WhatsApp has a daily allocation of 50MB
    • Free Telkom Calls has a daily allocation of 60 minutes

    • Free Night Data allocation is for use between  12AM to 6AM
    • Free Night Data is valid for 24Hrs when you have subscribed to Daily 500MB & Daily 2GB
    • Free Night Data is valid for 30 days when you have subscribed to 7GB& 300Min and 17GB & 600 Min bundles
    • Free Night Data is valid for 7 days when you have subscribed to 3GB & 100Min bundle.
  • Can I buy more than one Mzito bundle before the existing bundle expires?

    Yes, you can subscribe to Mzito bundles more than once and the data and Any net minutes will accumulate but the daily allocation for Free Data will be 10GB.

  • What happens when my data balance is at 0MB?

    Data will be at pay as you go (PAYG) rate of 4.30/- per MB.

  • How do I check my SIM is 4G enabled?

    • Dial *544*3# and select option 6.
    • If your SIM is not enabled kindly visit a Telkom Shop to swap your SIM to 4G and get FREE 5GB.
  • I have a 4G enabled handset but I am browsing on 3G?

    Kindly change your  Telkom SIM to SIM slot 1 and you will be able to enjoy 4G data speeds.

  • How do you I ensure that I use data only when I have a bundle?
