    No, the data is not transferrable.

  • If I subscribe to the Night Owl bundle, can I subscribe to other data bundles?

    Yes, you can still subscribe to other data bundles in addition to the Night Owl data bundle.

  • What happens if i exhaust my Night Owl data bundle?

    If you exhaust your bundle, your data consumption will be from the other bundles that you may have subscribed to. In case you do not have the other data bundles, your consumption will be on Pay As You Go basis from the main account. If you exhaust this as well you will be directed to the recharge portal to top up your account and buy bundles.

  • Can I buy more than one bundle before the existing 700MB + FREE 700MB bundle expires?

    Yes, you can subscribe to more than one bundle before it expires. Daily bundles will auto rollover when you subscribe to more than one Daily bundle before expiry.
     

  • Do you have Fair Usage Balance for Free Night Data on the 700MB + FREE 700MB bundle?

    • Free Night Data allocation is for use between 12AM to 6AM
    • Free Night Data is valid for 24Hrs when you have subscribed to Daily 700MB
       
  • What happens when my data balance in 700MB + FREE 700MB data bundle is at 0MB?

    Data will be at pay as you go (PAYG) rate of 4.30/- per MB.

  • How do you I ensure that I use data only when I have a 700MB + FREE 700MB bundle?

  • What happens when my 700MB + FREE 700MB Bundle expires before exhausting the data allocation?

    Any unutilized data bundle will be forfeited.
